Not a Substitute for Medical Care. Trimora is designed to complement, not replace, any weight loss program or medical treatment, including GLP-1 medications. Trimora does not provide medical advice. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or are pregnant or nursing, consult your healthcare provider before use.

Results. Results described on our website are based on studies of the Trimora active complex and are not guaranteed. Individual results vary.

Use as Directed. Use the product only as directed on the label and website. Perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Products and Pricing

Trimora offers Trimora Face and Neck Cream through one-time purchases, trial offers, and subscription plans. Current prices, purchase options, and billing frequencies are displayed on our website and at checkout, and may change from time to time, including during seasonal promotions. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it.

Any change to the price of an active subscription will be communicated before it applies to your next renewal.

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

By choosing the 30-Day Trial or a Subscribe & Save plan, you authorize Trimora to charge your saved payment method automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout, until you cancel.

•       Cancellations. You may cancel at any time using the cancellation button in your Trimora account portal, which is the only method available to cancel a subscription. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

•       No cancellation fees. Canceling stops future charges and shipments. Orders already charged will continue through delivery.

•       Confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is processed.

Legal Restrictions

Our products are available only within the 50 states of the United States of America. We are not authorized to sell or ship to any other territories or countries. Any sale outside the U.S. is strictly prohibited.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Transaction Currency

All transactions on trimora.com are conducted in United States Dollars (USD).

Export Restrictions

Trimora products are only available to customers residing in the 50 U.S. states. No international orders will be accepted or shipped.

Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped by Trimora or its fulfillment partner. Shipping cannot be canceled or modified after the order has been dispatched. For details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Orders Placed Through TrimRx

Trimora may also be purchased through TrimRx as an add-on to a TrimRx order or through the TrimRx patient portal. Those orders are subject to TrimRx's terms and conditions, and TrimRx is the primary customer support contact for them.

Payment Security
